Shipping & Returns
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 business hours except where noted. Shipping normally takes up to 5 business days or less for delivery within the United Kingdom. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.
If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the size and weight guidelines. Please call 020 8524-3155 or e-mail admin@seriousfitness.co.uk if you have any shipping questions.
International Orders
Serious-Fitness is a worldwide distributor of boxing equipment. We will ship anywhere in the world. We will contact you shortly after receiving your order via e-mail with specific shipping costs for your area of the boxing world. Customs, duty, and taxes will be collected by your country's customs service where applicable. BFPO
Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your BFPO location. All BFPO shipments will be sent insured via Royal Mail. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the Royal Mail Service size and weight regulations.

Air shipping above is stated for single item purchases only. If you have multiple items, call 020 8524-3155 or email for a quote. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping charges that will be added to the prices listed above. Serious-Fitness reserves the right to change the prices shown above without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.

Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

Returns
You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 14 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty.
All returns, defective or otherwise, must be 100% complete, contain all original boxes and packing material, accessories, and documentation. Incomplete returns, open or used products, or products not in new condition will be assessed and additional restocking fees may apply depending on condition and Serious-Fitness Limited ability to remarket the returned product.

It is recommended that you send all returns back insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges.
